The site has gone smaller from years ago but still has many varied stalls and plenty of food choices.

Thank you Glynn. We are getting bigger every year with more stalls, demonstrations and entertainment. Smaller than in the 1970s and 80s - those were the days!

We visit here every Bank Holiday and whilst the stalls are pretty much the same, it always makes for a great few hours. There are a lot of local food and craft stalls, offering a wide range of gifts and tasty items to try and...More

Thank you Doozeuk - we try to add a few new or extra stalls at each event and all are vetted for quality. Yes the car park over the little bridge in the library car park is free, and so is the one near to...More

Dropped in by chance, whilst passing through Alford. weather was good, with time to spare. Thought we'd have a walk round. Outdoor stalls, with a difference. Woodcrafts, Music, Glassware, Pottery. Felting, all with Demonstrations ongoing. Usual craft stalls elsewhere on site, both indoors and outdoors....More

Great mix of crafts and artists at a friendly market at a wonderful historic Manor House building. Alford nestles on the costal plain on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds just inland from the miles of sandy beaches on the east coast.

A lovely traditional craft market in the lovely town of Alford, some really original ideas, great for that unusual gift.

We visited Alford Market on a Tuesday lunchtime, there appeared to be an auction of junk going on, a shoe stall, a craft stall, sweet stall and pet stall that didn't have any prices on anything so we decided not to make a purchase. Nothing...More

Hi Paul Oh dear! I am afraid you have muddled us up with the general Tuesday market in the Market place run by the Town Council. The general market is nothing to do with us. Alford Craft Market has a very nice shop selling quality...More

I have visited this craft market several times in the last few years (latest summer 2015). There are enough stalls to make this a worthwhile visit but frankly I personally rarely find anything captivating enough to wish to buy it. Nothing much changes each time...More

Firstly, I will say that I have local relatives so I may be considered slightly biased. We have visited this event most times it runs over the past few years, so the stalls are becoming a little too familiar. However, there are a number of...More
