Visited here when i was in primary school, still the same 30 years later. Fusty old crap, how it's still open i can't say.

My children often visit here in their school holidays as the museum runs different activities (usually crafts and making) for a few pounds each. I've also visited it a few times and find the local history really interesting.

Visited this museum in the lovely town of Melton mowbray today.staff very friendly and polite the museum is very clean and well looked after.great displays including interactive displays very interesting local history learnt a lot about Melton will definitely visit again

The museum is well worth a visit to anyone visiting the town, there are plenty of things to look at and they have various days with activities for children during holiday periods.
