Hicks Lodge offers trails which are pretty easy going. The undulating Blue Trail features some sharp bends, jumps and berms through a mixture of woodland and park land. There is also a separate single loop around the lake (1.2miles), which is a nice area to...More

Went with my 1 year old daughter a friend and their 1 year old son. Very welcoming staff, plenty of high chairs and room to get around. The food was excellent very tasty selection of sandwiches and cakes!

Great to get out and about with the kids in their bikes and my wife and I on foot. Loads of trails and walks to try following by a great drink / snack at the on site cafe.

Love to walk around here at the weekend and stop off for coffee and cake, cafe dog friendly. Things to keep children amused whilst doing the circular walk, and play equipment near the cafe.
