Found this pub while out house hunting. Stopped for a coffee and found it cosy and freindly so returned a week later for a meal with friends. Menu is just a basic pub menu, but the food was excellent, as was the service. Would definitely...More

Enjoyed a few nights and day in the Rose and Crown, lovely atmosphere food really nice, on one occasion a musician was playing to a packed out crowd, every singing and dancing

Went for lunch, friendly atmosphere good food, not a big choice on hot lunches but lots of extra choice on blackboards. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Lovely gardens. Would defo go again.

A lunch after a 4ml walk was a very nice experience 3 adults and 2 children. Food was simple very tasty well cooked with good beer and service. Will use again
