Really nice little tourist shop with lovely staff always with a smile and so good at helping and guiding the tourist or local to find something great to do in Thanet and the surrounding villages

Standing beside the main sand's a very impressive building that looks quite grand. However not so good inside.

Nice looking building close to the Turner and the harbour wall. Houses the tourist information office which was somewhat limited in information when we attended. The external facade suggests there are hidden treasures inside, don't be misled.

Always park my car alongside the building and always consider it a blast from a past seaside resort, standing at the side of the harbour arm.

A nice building both inside and out. Rebuilt after being destroyed during the war. Not much information in it though for an Tourist Information centre. Don't miss the nearby plaque commemorating the loss of an early lifeboat.

Went here on day one of our holiday to get some ideas on what to do. The staff didn't seem interested to help us and were more interested in what was happening on their computer screens. Lovely building though.

Friendly staff member and lots of info and nice gifts to take home. Tracy Emin artwork on top, neR Turner Contemp and harbour arm for pubs and a short walk to admire the sea views.

A brilliant piece of architecture at end of the town end of the harbour arm. At present being used as the tourist information centre.

Nice building with disabled access. Currently tourist information centre where staff were friendly and helpful, offering lots of tips about where to visit.

Lovely looking building in a prime location at the start of the harbour arm. Originally built over 200 years ago, it was rebuilt after being bombed in WW2. Close to lot's of other local attractions it is well worth a look, it has the added...More
