We found this by accident and lived it! Very relaxed and friendly, it was like best no over at a mates house! All the locals knew each other and happily chatted to us as tourists. Good selection of beer, cider and wine on offer. Good...More

We returned to this lovely micro pub and enjoyed the experience once again. Great service here from the friendly proprietor. Decent selection of well kept ales. Clean loo, compact bar helps people chat and put the world to right.

Everything that a micopub should be: great beer, great atmosphere and genial landlord. Not easy to spot if you're not looking for it, but well worth seeking out - I wouldn't drink anywhere else in Hythe.

It may be small, but the beers great, super choice, our host is good company. No load music, drunk underage youths or video games. Heaven.

The ideal place to enjoy good up to the minute real ales sourced by a very knowledgable Landlord. Get away from all hustle and bustle to savour a pint or two. A must when you live or visit Hythe High St.

Beer's great, atmosphere is great, location is great. No music, just a drink and chat. Plenty of parking and a cash point nearby.... proper and marvelous.

Lots of craft brewers now make a lager. Don't think that all lager is Carling or Carlsberg!
