Took a stroll along the front. Didn't go on the beach but there were plenty of people using it without being over crowded.

We’ve recently started going to Reculver again after getting a dog. It’s very dog friendly with both the cafe and pub allowing dogs. The hill top coastal walk and promenade walk are excellent and the beach even though it’s stony, is great for dogs to...More

My partner and I go every now and again to look for sharks teeth. It's a horrible beach for sunbathing and swimming but great for fossil hunters and dog walkers.

This was a school trip to look at the perils of litter and recycled waste on our beaches - and we found very, very little on this stretch of coastline. Even so, as a reward we really enjoyed the new playground area near the Countryside...More

This is not a beach as only accessible by climbing over massive boulders and then loads of pebbles - a beach for me is sandy !! Supposedly good for fossil collecting but I couldn't find any after admittedly an only cursory look Would not recommend
