Had crab and whitebait. Well cooked. The crab is served with a rock on a board to smash its shell. Good local ale available. Turned out to be surprisingly good.

Having looked around Yarmouth for somewhere a bit nicer to eat we are glad we found this restaurant. We did have to book as could not get in the first time. The menu is not huge and is mainly (but not entirely) seafood based. However...More

Stopping in Isle of Wight for a few days and found this restaurant whilst looking around Yarmouth. Nice relaxed upstairs restaurant and very friendly service. I had the ribs and my partner the lobster. Food was excellent and portion size very good value for money....More

We had a very warm welcome and enjoyed scallops as a starter followed by beautiful lemon sole as our main course. The service was friendly and efficient.

Went back to Saltys after a year! Still as good as ever! The restaurant upstairs is great! Had the Surf and turf! Loads of chips came with it!

Ate upstairs in the restaurant on a Saturday lunchtime. Very busy and noisy. Staff young friendly and very helpful. Food fantastic, well presented with huge portions. A wonderful experince (again) would highly recommend, but probably better to book.

Yeah....I think it is not really nice as my mind. The style is very good but the food just so so I think. But, you can feel the relax and ocean-feeling here.

There were 7 of us, adults and children and we were seated at a nice long table. The menu is mainly seafood but there were other choices too. The service was really good and so was the food. The staff were most co-operative in allowing...More
