Small sandy beach with slipway to launch your boat. Plenty of places to eat from reasonably priced to more expensive. For the disabled wheelchair friendly costal path to Totland Bay

Enjoyed the crashing waves and turbulent seas during several visits this Autumn. A pity the cafe/restaurants were not open for refreshments, but still stunning sunsets

It’s not very big,,,, but you can have a great walk along the coastline for a fair few miles. A couple of places to eat along the way, it’s a nice little place to visit if staying near by.

We loved it so much we moved here. Its the lovely sandy beach, the smell of the sea and the great walk along the seaside which makes the experience so good.

Visited Collwell Bay mid evening in August. It was very, very windy, but with bright, low sun. We parked in the adjacent bay, and walked over the headland into Collwell Bay.

A lovely beach and one of my favourite places to visit when I go to the IOW. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that when there is a high tide you cannot access the beach at all so to view tide tables...More
