Gym is well equipped though a little cozy.
The pool changing rooms however are gross and the pool has uneven tiles on the bottom (I’ve cut my foot in one). The pool is being refurbed soon so hopefully it will improve.
Visited mid afternoon 10th September with my son and 19 month old grandaughter, last went to the Rapids about 20 years go. Beforehand read several online reviews that made the place sound terrible and nearly didn't go because of them but pleased we did.
