Stop here on our way home for a relaxing drink, shouldn’t have bothered. Ordered drinks and asked for wine, the girl who served us looked totally bewildered. Tables were sticky and the seats uncomfortable, has 1 drink and left never to return.
We booked which seems to be essential as the Half Moon was full. Sunday lunch was good with
plenty of meat and veg. Good selection of puddings. Lovely, homely atmosphere. Staff friendly
and helpful. Will definitely go again.

For a family event, the restaurant coped with our very large group really well. The fish was really well cooked and the desserts were fantastic! Nice and friendly staff to accompany the food and good company.
