I like going to the Wyvern for a catch up with the guys and we almost always have a few too many pints. This pub is easy to get too and has good parking.

Excellent food, service, prices, staff. An all rounder if a pub with loads of tv’s to watch sport! We ordered 2 burgers, a falafel burger and a Yorkshire chicken wrap, all of which were faultless.

I have always been put off this pub due to its "big screen" sports. However, braving it on a non-sports mid-week night turned out to be okay. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Nice decor. Food standard pub fare and reasonably priced. Food service seemed incredibly slow...More

Avoid times when parents let kids run wild i.e. Sunday lunch. Food very good. Staff good to rubbish. Watch out for their "double tip" trick, once on the bill and again on the card reader.
