What a pity its hidden and virtually unknown. The tree collection is fantastic, information board at the entrance. Good safe childrens play area. Coffee and cafe make a welcome addition. Apparently it relies on public donations and has various events throughout the year.

A beautiful tranquil place so near to town, a real asset to the town and must be looked after and respected for future generations, we are very lucky to have it.

Nice neat and clean gardens ideal for smaller children to play safely. Interesting walk in the lower gardens in the shade of mature trees. Good cafe with nice variety of foods.

Lovely to visit on a sunny afternoon, relax in the park and wander round the gardens. Always nice to see the squirrels and birds around. Generally quiet so good for a peaceful stroll.
