OK, so first impressions aren't good, but we go every Thursday for the live jazz, which is brilliant. The pub is unpretentious and friendly. We love it!

We stopped off here on a round route walk from Piddinghoe. Sunday visitors, not full, but families and a nice, friendly welcome. They also had cheesy bits and good-quality sausages on the bar for anyone to enjoy. Fab.
