A lovely town by the sea. A well kept beach close to the town and with easy parking. It is busy at peak times, but we found a space to park eventually.

The Beach is lovely and clean and is pebbly. We go down regularly, we like to have a cup of tea at the Bathing Hut, which is on the prom and then go for a walk. There is also the iconic De La Warr Pavilion...More

This beach is a bit stony, there is sand when the tide is out, but Bexhill is a fantastic area and there is always lots happening here.

Great walks along the prom here at Bexhill. We especially enjoy the walk in a westerly direction to Cooden as it is traffic free

A lovely long pebble beach with long promenade great for walking or cycling. Immaculately clean and well kept gardens.

If you're into cycling a great place. A prom that was designed for bikes and easy cycle route you Hastings in the east and towards Eastbourne in the west (if the past isn't closed as it was this year with no easy alternative route).

My wife and I now live in north Devon where you have wide expanses of sandy beaches. But this doesn’t detract from how good a visit to bexhill is. Having lived in west Kent for many years and regularly visiting bexhill, our recent return to...More
