We are not great bird watchers but really enjoyed our walk around the reserve and down onto the beach. There was a free helpful leaflet with a map and pictures of commonly seen birds. The cafe serves good snack meals around lunch time.

Dogs are allowed through the reserve although only on the main track through which leads to the beach. They are also allowed outside the shop and cafe area. Hope this helps
