Well worth a visit with loads to see and the video at the beginning is first class. Walk around at your own pace with the aid of the pre recorded audio phone which you activate at each display. The best is saved to last with...More

I stopped in Richmond as this was a destination on the Dinosaur Trail I had been doing. I was only going to spend a short amount of time in Richmond but after going through Kronosaurus Korner I was so intrigued I had to go fossicking...More

Kronosaurus Corner is an amazingly good museum highlighting some of the stunning finds that have been made in the region over recent years. Well worth visiting with some excellent exhibits - the cafe is probably the best in town too!

Very knowledgeable staff. The display about local dinosaurs and fossils was extremely interesting. Self guided tour explains the items in detail and paints a good picture of what the place was like many millions of years ago.

We found the Ammonite Inn motel was a good place to base our Richmond activities from. It also has a restaurant which serves up excellent meals. The managers were very friendly and helpful when we stayed there.
