Gardens pleasant and well kept. Let down by the poor state of the gates and gear on the sluices and gates around the old mill. Lots of rubbish accumulated in these areas. This is a world heritage site!

I called in for a Sunday buffet where you basically order from a limited menu, very impressed with the quality of the food, good service and the food was hot, you order what you want with the various sauces, I will certainly call again, buffet...More

pleasant walk along the river. an atmosphere of an industrial past but now tranquil. dog friendly and sign marked.

This is such a lovely peaceful place to visit, with the lovely market town of Belper in close proximity with a fine range of charity shops and individual retail outlets as well as some good cafe's to visit - this is a must see area....More

We wanted to see some of the historic elements of Belper and so we visited the North Mill and these gardens and they were lovely and well kept and some great scenery!

Beautiful gardens worked by volunteers. River Derwent runs through it and there's a bandstand where they play music throughout the summer

They are very low recollection it's about 50p or so for an hour or so maybe a £1 max hope this helps
