Revisited this lovely little beach whilst on our latest holiday. I used to visit this beach every year when I was a child and whilst certain aspects of it have changed (new marina) it’s still basically the same quiet picturesque place I remember. The kids...More

Took the dog for a run. We had the beach to ourselves.... someone had drawn a “rude” picture in the sand, we all had a good giggle at that..... dog loved it. We loved it.

Having been to the lakes a few times we decided to try an alternative camp site and found ourselves at Haverigg beach when driving around. A very large beach when the sea is out. The ease of parking for free and over looking the beach....More

Chips and fresh air. What more do you want. Nice and clean. No complaints really. Probably not a day out though

I spent a lot of time in Haverigg and on this beach as a child, due to my grandmother living here. The beach is more pebbled than it used to be, but still has amazing dunes and plenty of sand. It’s a good beach for...More

We went to the beach a few times as the weather was amazing! The beach was very nice, once the tide had gone away out, there was no reaching the actual sea water for a paddle, except for small pockets of water here and there!...More

What a beautiful beach, grassy sand dunes, long sandy beach stretches for miles. Saw very few people. Great for dogs & kids or a long stroll

Hi, I have been to the beach on a number of occasions but have never seen any toilets. There is a little cafe by the swings and a pub in Haverigg village. It is a lovely spot so enjoy.
