Park is huge lovely walks to the lake see the wildlife. The butterfly house is great. Fantastic memorials to Widnes war heroes. Dogs love the freedom.

As the title says,a great park in Widnes for the kids with plenty of areas for them to play,including a lake/pond with koi carp and swans,ducks etc,very clean and well kept by Halton council.

An excellently well kept park with areas of interest for all ages from children to the elderly. Particularly worth a visit to the Butterfly house in the glasshouses - an amazing experience.

Nice park to walk around, lovely water fountain in middle of lake with loads of ducks. Very good children's playing area with water feature so don't forget a towel to dry them off. There's also a butterfly house free entry (check internet for opening times)...More
