Though I only walked about half of the malecon I was pleased to see how clean it is. It certainly invites you to grab a cold one and relax clearing your mind.

I loved mahahual, it's the second time i come back in this place. It's beautiful, lovely people, and lot of help of locals.

We love coming here and understand this IS real Mexico. The boardwalk runs along the beach but it’s not commercialized so you get local crafts, local restaurants, and great massages. The people can be pushy, but they’re just trying to make a living. Be nice,...More

The Malecone in Mahahual is great with lots of shops and restaurants. Be aware of the Crazy Lobster. Get prices before ordering anything!!

The roads are uneven and rough. We didn’t see a single vehicle with a wheelchair lift.
