Beach was beautiful, we got to see some wildlife, a few iguanas running around. The sand bar was amazing, you could walk 100 meters out with the water up to your knees, you could see all sort of fish and ocean life, very cool. We...More
We were at Coco Cay on October 23, 2018. Weather was picture perfect. We rented a Beach Lounger which is, in my mind the best way to go when looking at "bang for your buck"
We came over on the first tender and had second...More
On a recent RC cruise we had an entire day to spend at Coco Cay. We decided to pamper ourselves so rented a “beach bed”. It was on a more private side of the island so much quieter than what I expected on the main...More
We booked the beach lounger for two for our day at Coco Cay.
RC is doing construction on the island, but it was not noisy and did not interfere with our day. We took the first tender to the island and were able to secure...More
This was my 3rd time at CocoCay. First couple times it was pretty serene, quiet, etc. We just returned from our last cruise, they are in the midst of building a pier for ships to dock rather than anchoring out. They are also building a...More
We had a great experience at CocoCay. I’ve been before on RCL. We were on Enchantment of the Seas. We had breakfast and caught the tender around 10:30. The tender was full but there was no wait to get on. Also caught the last one...More
Coco cay is a nice island. The beach lounger fro two is on the quiet side of the island. I am not sure that will last when the water park is completed. There is a swim up bar that you can easily walk to when...More
Definitely enjoyed this little island as the first stop on our 4-day cruise on Royal Caribbean, Enchantment of the Seas. We went parasailing for the first time and it was awesome! Enjoyed every minute. The water was so beautiful.
Couldn't believe how beautiful and peaceful this place was , sun beds plenty of and comfortable, food was amazing, staff couldn't do enough for you about every 10 minutes they came round offering drinks , will definitely return to coco cay

We were there over the summer and they did have wave runners. I’m not sure if you could rent them on site, but since the cruise lines own the island, I remember seeing it offered as a shore excursion where you had to sign up thru the cruise company and choose a time slot.
If I recall, through Royal Caribbean, it was maybe $60 or $70 for a driver and another $30 or $40 if someone wanted to ride on the back. I believe you needed a valid drivers license to drive one here. I think it was for about 30 minutes on the water.
I’m pretty sure they did not have dolphin encounters there.
Hope that helps!!
