The mall is virtually empty! The shops that are left wont be there much longer! As for the kfc in the complex is probably the worst one iv ever been in!!
The bucket for two!should have just been thrown in a bucket!
With competition fierce! This wont last!
Sorry! Yours Bobthebaggie

Would be great if one of the shops were actually open. No life in the whole facility? Not sure if covid has caused them all to close but not any life on there at all.

Visited Royal Shopping Mall in June 2019 for the third year in succession.
Situated next to KFC it was very easy for me to get to the first two years as I was staying just across the road at Hotel Globus.
This year I stayed around one mile away but still took the time to visit and don't regret it.
Good range of shops available, nice location close to Flower street and also to the beach!

I liked it! It doesn't look like an ordinary mall because its open but there are a lot of stores in it. You can find nice brands here and a lot of discounts which I . There isn't a proper food court, all the restaurants are mixed with the shops so you have to walk through all the mall to choose the best place to eat.

You can find most of brands except some... It has also a good and varied restaurants. The Chinese restaurant was nice and a good choice for a cheap dinner.

Stayed in an apartment in the Barcelo Royal Beach Hotel and the entrance is in this “mall”. We were staying in Block E of the hotel so we had to go through the mall to get out onto the street (although you could also exit to get to a back street via the hotel pool instead).
It’s not really a mall though, it’s just a few boutiques and random shops with no prices in the windows.
It’s clean and tidy and it’s outdoors so you could sit and take in the sun but there’s really not much to see or do here.
The girls who work in the mall shops sit on the outdoor bench seating talking to one another, and then run into their shops if anyone goes in. I imagine they’d follow you round if you ventured in as they must be really bored. We never went in to the mall boutiques or shoe shops though. Displaying little or no pricing on the items in the windows was fairly off-putting!
Any time we walked through (about 4 times a day) the place was deserted (in mid June).
We only ever went into the small convenience store there (drinks, crisps, chocolate etc), and also went once into the downstairs KFC. The latter closes at 8pm.
The coffee shop called Americano often had customers though.
If I’d gone out of my way to go to this “shopping mall” I’d have been really annoyed. 2 minutes walk takes you from one end of it to the other. The shops are all small too. No department stores or high street stores. Just boutiques selling designer labels and traders selling unknown brands. There was also a Samsonite luggage store, a jewellers etc. Quite a random collection of little shops.
If you are interested in going there, have a look at the Mall website as it lists ALL the stores. There aren’t many really!
If you exit the mall at the back corner (via the escalator between Americano upstairs and KFC downstairs) you will find taxis and horse drawn carriages on that corner, if you need one.
There are also plenty of cheap souvenir shops and some restaurants across the road from the mall at the front.

Most of the shops are Italian clothes, sports shops, ski shop , bags etc ,the only problem is that they don’t display their prices, so you have to go inside and ask them for a price. Then you have a job to leave.
