Very helpful. As new resident to region, very good resource. Helpful & friendly staff. ICC has been great with information about the region, and some activities. Other Councils where we lived previously could learn from them.

Thank you for the informative review and positive experience you had in Ipswich. Only 1 hour to Ipswich from the Gold Coast and only 30 minutes from Brisbane. What a great day trip!

i wanted a map of the city to find 3 places of interest. the place was like a funeral parlour Lifeless. I did have a warm coffee.

Have lived in Ipswich for years and went to the Visitors Centre for the first time. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable about local activities and attractions.
