A magnificent mosque. Women must wear a head scarf and don a cotton abaya before entering (provided on site). It is one of the largest mosques in Russia and built in the Ottoman style. The interior is breath-taking. Located next to the Grozny City Hotel.

A beautiful mosque in the heart of Chechnya symbolising the rebirth of this war destroyed city. Peaceful and quiet, great to people watch. Women need to be covered as per mosque protocol

Just beautiful! You can even meet city mayor here praying with his kids. Right in the city center. Great view from Grozny City hotel 32nd floor or rooftop of nearby skyscraper.

This new mosque in the heart of Grozny is beautifully and tastefully decorated. At night, it's well illuminated. The usual rules for visiting apply - headscarf for women, shoes off for everyone.

Beautiful architecture and free of charge to visit, beautiful new zealand wool carpets. For women they have clothes available to borrow when you want to go in and visit. Make sure all is covered and no hair showing.
