Not very big, but interesting- the people are friendly- interesting artifacts donated by locals. Laid out well for a smaller museum. Entry fee is inexpensive. Make sure you go to the basement.

We really enjoyed learning about the history of Murphy for a small fee ($3). There were many displays that made the past come alive. The staff was just so friendly and a pleasure to talk with.

A must see when you visit Murphy. Take a look in the past of all the heritage in the county. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.Age doesn't matter there is something for all.

It was $3.00 for me. My husband, as a veteran, was not charged. Well worth it!
