This place is not much to look at, but we enjoyed our tasting there. For $10 you choose 7 wines from a list of about 14 and receive a souvenir stemless glass. There were also decent crackers (not oyster crackers) to cleanse between tastings. The...More

We enjoyed our tasting at Native Vines. The fee of $10 includes about 7 wines and the glass. The people are friendly but we felt the wine was a little over priced compared to other wineries we visited.

Happy you braved the driveway, we are not fancy, but put a lot of work into our products and we hope it shows. Sometimes the cover doesn't completely tell a story and you have to own the book. Thanks for the nice review and we...More

We visited again just to get a special bottle of wine for guests coming to town. Super selection of great wines. The Green Tea Raspberry is remarkable. Worth the trip. A tasting is a must!

We stopped here while touring the other wineries in the area. It was a small friendly place. We did a wine tasting and bought a couple of bottles to take home. It has a long dirt driveway to a building that doesn't have all the...More

We enjoyed our visit to Native Vines. Tasting room is in an older looking building. We got to taste about 8 wines for $10 and keep the glass. I thought the apple, sugar plum (like a Christmas spiced wine) and the blackberry wines were the...More

We visited three wineries in Lexington on a weekend trip to Winston-Salem and Native Vines stood out as my favorite. I'm not a big fan of sweet wines and that's what this place specializes in, but I really liked all of what I tasted. The...More

So this is a unique place, back in the woods and with a horse in the back stable of the tasting room. We were greeted by two dogs, which was great, very friendly. The wines themselves were not great, but the staff were very friendly,...More

My friends and I visited on a Thursday morning...place looked a little questionable...kinda back in the woods. Once inside the a/c was a plus. We sampled the sweet wines...all were chilled and would be great to sip on the porch or by the pool on...More

Recently went for a tasting at Native Vines with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed ourselves. The place is out in the country and you have to go down what appears to be a private gravel drive to get to it, but that gave it...More
