We love this place
Feb 2020
We've probably seen 100 movies here...and we love it. Especially the Classic oldies that they play regularly.

Great suburban theater!
Oct 2019
Evening tickets for adults were $6.00. It was a nice, smaller theater that was clean and had large, comfortable seats. (They do not recline.) It was perfect for our stop in Hendersonville!

I took my grandson to see Toy Story 4
Jun 2019
I took my grandson, who is 19 months old, to see Toy Story 4 @ the two o'clock showing. I was disappointed that they charged me $7.00 for a ticket for him. The girl who sold me the tickets said they had booster seats but I didn't see one anywhere. Needless to say, when I put him in a seat the seated folded up. I held him through the whole movie, which I had planned to do anyway. I don't mind paying but charging for a 19 month old is a little crazy.

Great value!
Apr 2019 • Couples
My wife and I've been attending this theater for over ten years. We've enjoyed it during those years and don't understand the harsh criticism that's been leveled by some who've posted here. Like all businesses this one has it's share of operating problems but the theater has proven a good value for its customers with first run movies shown in auditoriums with state of the art sound, clean floors and comfortable seating and a theater with clean and well equipped restrooms. People just don't seem to understand that, for most theaters, the films they watch there are loss leaders and that the real source of theater profitability comes primarily from the sale of high priced snacks and drinks. Refreshments which are enjoyed by movie goers but are also totally optional. If you don't like the high prices of the food and drinks just eat somewhere else afterwards.

Love this Theater
Nov 2018 • Couples
I love coming to this theater as it is close to home. It is a little chilly, so bring a sweater, but all in all we love it. They have $6.00 Tuesday nights.

Cold!!!
Aug 2018 • Couples
So I walk up to the ticket counter and I saw they were selling blankets. Again at the concessions counter, they were selling blankets. I thought it was strange, but I know sometime people like to bring blankets to movies. Then I got into the theater and it was freezing! I imagine it had to be about 65 degrees in there. I rarely get cold, and I was constantly rubbing my legs to warm up. I'm not sure if they keep it cold to sell blankets, but it seems like it.

Seat Fabric Dirty
Jul 2018 • Couples
We went to see Jurassic World. The lights in Auditorium 12 were still on as we got there early. The first thing we noticed was that the fabric on all the seats was very dirty and so e seats had stains. We decided to stay anyway because we really wanted to go to the movies. About halfway through the movie, my right arm started to deeply itch. I went to the restroom to have a look. There were small pin-sized bite marks and a very red welt about an inch-and-a-half long. We think they came from the armrest that I had that arm resting on. They were NOT there before we went to this theater. Fortunately, the movie was over soon after. When we got home, I thought the manager on duty should know so I called and told her what happened. She was very nice and issued a refund for both my husband and I. However, we won’t be going back to this theater the next time we want to see a movie. We will drive up to Asheville instead. I don’t know about the other auditoriums in this theater. I write only about my experience with Auditorium 12.

$16.75 for a mid-size Diet Coke and a Large (Refillable) Popcorn. !!!!!!!!!
Sep 2017 • Couples
Drove from Asheville to the Epic---Hendersonville to see a movie that was no longer playing in Asheville. Theater was OK, the employees were friendly.........but the $16.75 was excessive.....even for a theater concession. Similar items in Asheville run about $12. Too much at $16.75------Mid size Coke and a not so Large, refillable Popcorn.

Got me once......won't get me twice. Won't Be Back.

Good movie but...
Dec 2016 • Couples
My husband and I recently went to see Fantastic Beasts. We haven't been to this Epic Theater and it's been awhile since we've even been to see any movie. After getting a couple of sodas, my purse got a quick look see from an employee...obviously a security measure.

I was surprised how small the theater was...maybe that's the norm now! But the seats were comfy. The only downside was when the sound stopped working even though the picture continued. Someone came in to apologize and said it would be rewound, but that never happened...about 8 minutes later the sound came back.
