Diners Drive In Dives talks about this place being authentic? No way. Cheese on Spaetzle? C'mon you guys. Braised Red Cabbage is more than chopping a head of Red Cabbage. I agree with an earlier review, extremely understaffed. When server asked about food quality ,...More

The tour was a gift. Uli presents a nice discussion of the trials of running a craft business in America today. The perspective from someone who has lived the journey matches my observations from the other side of the table.

Fantastic service and food handmade food and beer. Had the fried pickles and Ruben which were both well above what you’d expect at an average place. Stop by the second level platform overlooking the brewery to see a future beer being made.

We had a wonderful day tasting beers and eating burgers here. Such friendly waitresses! Our puppy was welcomed and loved on all day long. Gorgeous patio with tons of sunlight. Food is exceptional. Great beer!

We spent hours on a rainy day here. Sampling beers (we loved 6 of 8 of them); tasting a variety of food, and getting good service. Loved the flight of sausages. Guy F. was correct - order the Reuben sandwich!

Went for lunch. Has sausage flight board and beer flight board. All very well presented and explained. Our server was fantastic. Good quality all round, well maintained building, friendly team and tasty where it needs to be!
