This was our second visit, this time taking our 10-year-old grandson and it is well worth a visit. The collection of artifacts is varied and most folks will find something of interest to view. Our grandson asked to go to a museum and we chose this one as it is big enough to be interesting but not so big you have to spend all day, we spent about 2 hours. If you are a wrestling fan or love Princess Bride, the fact that they have Andre the Giant memorabilia adds to the mix of fun stuff to see. …

Very pleasantly surprised. Was a private collection but now a small museum. It's eclectic from a room with Andre The Giant memorabilia (he owned a farm in Ellerbe) to Native American artifacts, geological exhibit and even a 700 year old canoe. We found it fun and engaging. About 4 bucks to get in.…
