From ground level...just another beach
Jun 2021 • Couples
The aerial photos of the bay on a windless cloudless day are great, the $25 park entry fee isn’t really that expensive either if more than one individual in the vehicle. The underwater viewing of the typically brown coral/rock is also ok. If you are viewing the beach and water from ground level I guess it looks like anywhere else on the coast...a beach. Naturally to attract tourists an aerial shot is the key.

The water is actually Turquoise in color
Apr 2021 • Couples
The water is 25 degrees in temperature, if you go to Exmouth you can hire snorkel, mask and flipper.s. Then you can snorkel the reef. The sand is white and beautiful just to sit. When you enter the beach if you turn to your left and go slightly around the corner the snorkeling is better than the left hand side. Such a beautiful beach. I am going back

Fab snorkelling
May 2021
Beautiful bay along a beautiful coastline - easy for snorkelling and seeing plenty of coral and fish, and green turtles. The landscape's so beautiful in this part of the world.

May 2021
Nice beach for drift snorkelling. Lots a great fish. So great to be able to put mask and fins on and snorkel straight from beach.

Great location for free swim
May 2021
Fantastic location to swim amongst the coral reef with plenty of places to explore. The current is perfect to start at the Southern end and let it take you north. (Note: can be a bit strong if you cannot swim).
Please respect and leave it the way you arrived.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience and abundant sea life to look at!
Not a lot of parking early in the day but gets easier by lunch time from what we found.

It really is turquoise!
Apr 2021
You can do a drift circle snorkel on the left of the bay or have a relaxing snorkel in the bay. Best to arrive at this popular spot early in the day.

Just Do It!
May 2021
Great day snorkeling off Turquoise Bay. this is a great place to take families and make a day of it. Easy swimming and snorkeling if you are learning. Lots of coral and fish to see. We swam and watched a large turtle for 10 minutes while it was leisurely feeding. What a great experience. Take a body board for the little ones and they can float along with you, with the goggles on, looking at all the fish, and wont get tired.
Great day out.

Visit on a sunny day!
May 2021 • Friends
We traveled from Exmouth to visit turquoise bay. It’s about a 40min trip by car which sees you travelling through the National park. There is a $15 entry for the park unless you have an all park pass. The car park was easy to get to and there are toilets down there as you arrive. The beach was immaculate however we went on a slightly stormy day so as you could imagine the water was a little cloudy and it started to rain. It’s definitely worth the visit however there isn’t anything else there so would recommend taking food and drinks with you and head down on a sunny day if you plan on staying on the beach. I can imagine the view would have been even more stunning.
