We had the best time ever here. Spent way more time than we expected to, becaue we were just loving it so much. As someone who loves to touch and feed the animals this was perfect- fed the goats, alpacas, cows, kangaroos, donkeys and sheep. Also held some rabbits and Guinea pigs, and were able to touch (but not feed) the baby animals too! And then we also managed to cuddle a baby joey which was such an amazing experience. So so so worth it

We drove over an hour to make the 10am koala feeding. On arrival a sign said - no koala feeding. There weren't any koalas. Felt ripped off, as this was the main reason for our visit. Not impressed. False advertising.

I went there for an open water swim event at Ocean Beach, but the animals there are clean and unlike Bali don't carry diseases.

Took 4 grand children recently, ages 11, 3, 2 & 1.
All had a ball and enjoyed the animal experience.
Animals were very friendly and gentle with the kids. Even when the littler kids were not so gentle with them.
Reasonably priced and good facilities.

I'm horrified at the poor camels and horses, donkey enclosure. Full of mud, no bedding no stables. I wouldn't have anything living in that, its animal cruelty. Poor camels stand in a foot of thick mud poop and urine. Last year when they arrived, they were in great condition now they look depressed and dirty. The donkeys are miserable and not their usual self. You need to build something to house these poor creatures. Even a bed of hay! So sad.

We took our (adult) daughter there after lunching in Denmark and it took us hours to get her out! If you love interaction with animals this is the place to go. She loved being up close, patting and feeding them from the bag of feed everyone is given upon admission. We loved the baby wallabies.
