Nice views along the drive, especially when you can see the lake. Watch for the speed limit signs. Limits can change abruptly from 55 to 35, and the police are watching.

We take our vacation the last 2 years to do the wine trails! Love it up there! It is better to go during the week than the weekend. The weekend you get the bus and vans that gets loads of people!

Great trail with amazing wineries. One that was not on the trail that stood out to me that I loved was Rasta Ranch. An amazing lil hippie winery but great wines. They gave us a great recommendation to Cat Stone which had great catfish. Lamoureux...More

Worth seeing. Lots of things to do. Nice restaurants and wineries to visit and taste. Not very crowded most days that the races are not going on.

Not a big wine drinker but went with family. Actually learned to drink a decent red. Ice wines are awesome. Beautiful area and met some great people along the way.

Get a driver. Don't go for the big drunk. Learn about each winery and plan ahead some, and be flexible. I found the wineries on highway 414 the best overall. There are many options. Chat with the clientele to find hidden gems. Wine and craft...More

Glenora Winery and Wagners Winery were the ones we enjoyed the most. Wagners has a nice restaurant and the food was great and the view of Seneca Lake was beautiful!
