Have been here a couple times now and it has always been amazing. You get super close to the falls you can feel the power of them. You can also look over the river and see Canada witch I hope to go to someday. Very nice park and spot to visit for an hour or even a couple days. There is one thing I didn't like is that is was a little crowded so if you go in the summer beware.…

I love coming to this park. I have visited in all seasons, however Fall is my favorite. This year I was fall leaves touring near by and decided to stop by. With the coronavirus pandemic the park was pretty empty, which was sad, with gift shop and eateries closed. On the other hand, I got to experience the park almost to myself at times. The experience was unique to be able to see this natural wonder quietly, without the bustling crowds. The trolley was functioning although with a shorten, modified route. Still, it went to the most important areas of the park. Walking over the Three Sisters Island was just beautiful. I have lived in Western New York State for greater than 35 years and have been to Niagara Falls probably upwards of 100 plus times (including on the Canadian side) and The Falls never cease to amaze. The views, the mist, the rapids, all in one place. We’ve been to the Niagara Falls State Park in all seasons and each time it is as rewarding as the prior. Parking can be tough, ten dollars to park in one of the state park lots or metered parking on the street but here is a secret - park down the street at Seneca Niagara Casino for free and take the short ten minute walk to one of the park entrances or stop by your NYS public library and borrow the Empire Pass which allows free admission into all NYS parks. The area surrounding the American Falls is not quite as built up as on the Canadian side, but you can still get a slice of pizza and a decent cup of coffee within a few blocks of the park! Winter or summer, spring or autumn, it does not matter, any visit any time will be very enjoyable!…

Niagara Falls makes this park over the top awesome. Seeing the falls in person is definitely a sight to see. You can feel the roar of the water as it flows over the edge. If your there on a sunny day there are constantly rainbows to be seen due to the mist created by the falls.
