Motorcyclepeida has close to 700 Vintage and Antique motorcycles on display, one of the best and largest collection of motorcycles in America. The Indian Time Line collection I saw had one of every year Indian Motorcycles 1901 to 1953 along with the newest 2020 factory racer Motor Number 001, first one made.
GREAT PLACE TO VISIT with your family....

I absolutely love this place. My better half took me here as a surprise birthday present and my, oh my, was this the best present I could ask for. From the extensive(as in largest in the world) collection of indians, movie bikes( i.e purple rain & ghostrider and more), 60s-90s choppers and SO much more. I couldn't take it all in just one visit. The museum is mostly run by a volunteer staff who are absolutely warming and helpful. We went in the winter and absolutely cannot wait for the warmer weather for more frequent rides to the museum. I look forward to attending their future events. This is beyond doubt an establishment that should be supported with its culture and how its run. Thank you folks from the Motorcycle Museum for such a wonderful birthday.

A very pleasant surprise ! Even if you are not a motorcycle enthusiast you can enjoy the richness of the exhibit. Motorcycles made in a shape you never dreamed of. A short description on many of them. A timeline sequence of bikes of the brand named Indian. And so on.
The place is easy to find. Parking (free) is just a couple steps from the entrance. Admission is free for those under 17 years of age, otherwise $15.
Add to that the pleasantness of attendants

The Motorcycle museum has a enormous collection of bikes throughout the years. THE largest collection of Indian in one place. It truly is a hidden gem. Every display is very well identified, some with stories and additional information. It's not new stuff or old stuff, It's Everything Motorcycles, and even a few other things. and spread out over 2 floors. It would benefit from a better location, but even where it is - its not far off the beaten track so I would highly recommend as a stop if your in the area.

An absolute MUST visit. Was unsure of what to expect and was completely amazed at the size of the collection. The only complete Indian collection as well as movie motorcycles, Harley Davidson, Ed Roth, Indian Larry and so much more. The posters, advertisements and displays of historic motorcycle memorabilia are a collection on their own. Whether a motorcycle enthusiast or not, this collection has something that anyone can find interesting!

Huge motorcycle museum with all different types and eras of motorcycles including motorcycles used in movies and tv series. It's two levels. We spent more time than expected. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth the visit even if you're not a motorcycle fan.

I went there not expecting alot, but WOW was I shocked. This place is fantastic! The diversity was amazing. This place has really done it right. Every item was identified on the year make and model. Most were displayed well. A few were behind others and made the tags hard to read, but that was very seldom. There were makes there I have only heard of, many were restored but there were a good number that were original as built, still showing use. Ignore reviews that said they were out in an hour, you just cannot do it, with two floors to see it took me over 3 hours and I probably missed some. Overall well done.

This is one super impressive and informative motorcycle museum! I LOVED it! The collection was huge, with over 600 motorcycles. They were well displayed, and also the archivist, Murphy, was amazing and shared his knowledge and special gems with me. It was the best! I will be back!

This is a new privately owned motorcycle museum on the southern border of Newburgh, NY. If you are interested in old motorcycles this is a great place to spend a few hours. First floor and a mix of old choppers, race bikes, specialty bikes and an entire room devoted to Indians, including lined up along the wall is an Indian for every year they made Indians. Great way to see the development of motorcycling. In the basement are antiques, Harley's, Police bikes, Military bikes and more.
Low price to get in but hours are limited since they are new. Check the web page for hours and directions. http://www.motorcyclepediamuseums.com/
