We fell in love with this park! It is remote, wild, unspoiled and free of tourists. We spent two days in the park and only saw one other vehicle. Driving can be challenging in places, you will have to cross rivers and after the rain...More

Might have just been a bad time of year (July) but we drove around for hours with very few game sightings. Mahango proved to be a better option

When we visited, we did not encounter another human being - only wildlife which was plentiful tho' without our guide, we would probably have missed quite a bit. If self driving, use GPS.

The camping at Rupara community campsite is great. The national park drive also good, we did not see a lot of animals, but it is a really great place to visit, there is allso a more expensive private campsite.
