Had a nice walk here around the lakes and a visit to the cafe afterwards. Really enjoyed the walk, if you have children there is also a nice park for them to play in. This place would be great in the summer as there looks...More
I must have tried 5 times to contact the site in the run up to our visit. It is extremely rare that someone answers the phone or e mails. To make matters worse, the staff charged us twice for the camp plot as we arrived...More

Yes, good for toddlers (at least my 3 year old granddaughter likes it!) Good play area with swings, slides etc, in an enclosed space with wood chip ground. Paddling area in corner of lake, very shallow coned off area with sandy beach. Few animals like shetlands, donkeys, rabbits, some birds in aviaries.
