Very easy to get a boat to tour around the islands and look for the famed pink dolphins. Interesting rock formations and a stop at temple island was included. Managed to see the dolphins quite close too!

This is the pier from which one goes to see the Pink Dolphins. Going on tours is against my religion, so I try to sin as little as possible. I wasn’t crazy about being on a boatful of people with a jam-packed day (waterfall, cave,...More

We were so happy to see many dolphins there, among them only two were completely pink. The rest were gray and changing into pink on the back. It is amazing to see them so close! We also saw the pancake rock!

Laem prathap is just a kind of pier where the boats are leaving to bring tourists see the pink dolphins. Nothing more to do here except taking a boat and see the majestic dolphins swimming and jumping !

Quite remote from the usual tourist spots, this little village is something special. You can find a few bungalows here though and it is the main spot to start your pink dolphin tour. But being located at the lagoon/sea with a lot of long tail...More

So we drove for about an hour and a half from Nahkon si thammarat, if it was JUST for the Dolphins I don't think it would've been worth it, but because we also went to some waterfalls it was. The locals here speak no English...but...More
