This must have been the worst experience I have ever had at a Wine farm. It's very sad that such a beautiful place has such poor service. They even locked all the doors and all the staff left while we were still sitting there and...More

The beautiful garden and that couches are excellent. You just want to take a nap on the couch in the garden. They also have a juice tasting for kids. They also have 4 different kinds of wine tasting options. Wheel chair access.

The service was very bad compared to all the other wine farms. You are asked to select your wines and then it is just placed in front of you with no explanation and after a couple of minutes you don't even know what your drinking...More

This whole experience was dissapointing. We skipped the wine tasting due to the poor experience at the deli. The entire time we were here we were trying to rid ourselves of the flies. The waiters looked like stress balls with their miserable manager barking and...More

Felt like we were part of a production line - did a cheese and wine pairing - glasses and board were literally dumped on the table and she hardly had the time to explain what to do. Then when asked for a wifi password we...More

Van Loveren's beautiful farm caters for all children! Even a "wine tasting" with juice! Great comparison between food snd snacks with wine in beautiful surroundings. Staff very good with children!

Wine tasting at Van Loveren is unhurried, informative and pleasant. Four glasses were R20, very reasonable for the quality. We then had lunch at Christina's Bistro; starters were good and then for main we both chose the hake which was so tasty. The helpings were...More

Here's where TripAdvisor falls short by not having a 3.5 star rating option - between average and very good. Had a Saturday lunch at Christina's restaurant - we had the rib eye special and calamari. Our meals were tasty, yet pricey for what we got...More

We enjoyed a visit to Van Loveren and thoroughly enjoyed the walk through the beautiful gardens lovingly planted by the matriarch of the family. The tasting room is a delight and the options available to one cover most tastes. Well worth the time.
