My son 28 convinced me to go . Im a 59y/o man who has never been in a wet suit, but off we went. Crew was Great... cant say enough. ok tip # 1... make sure suit in on correctly because the water is CCCCold. You might want to jump right back on the boat but give it a few minutes and you'll adjust. The Captain.is totally into it and will make sure you have a good time, as well as the crew. You will be amazed
Tip 2 hold on tight as the trip to and back is bouncy at times. maybe keep gloves on for a better grip and hold on to front rope too, I thought it helped.
Tip 3 Shower when you get back since there is a scent of the seals you carry with you even though at the time you don't notice,
My son and I had time restraints and at dinner I hoped our companions thought it was the ocean and not us that smelled like sea lions!!
Fun and amazing.
should be on everyones bucket list

Can't get over how much fun this was! I've always been an ocean lover, but never have the chance to explore the busy ocean life so this was the perfect trip for me!

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and made you feel safe and comfortable. The seals, on the other hand, were adorable! They're like little sea puppies and I was shocked by how many of them there were! They're all playful and curious and made the trip extremely enjoyable.

After coming out the water you get some yummy hot chocolate and cookies, too!

So amusing. They were so entertaining. Water was cold, but because of the seals dancing, doing somersaults, flipping, and supersonic swimming, I forgot the cold. Great performance by the seals in the wild, NOT in Sea World.

My new favourite animal. The guys were lovely and the seals were amazing! You were so close to them, and they play around you. However the sea is freezing, but I recommend this too anyone.

The whole experience was amazing. Gathered at Hout Bay, had a thorough safety briefing by the crew, suit up, and headed out to the sea. Once there, we were greeted by some 5000 playful and curious seals, all swimming in close proximity.

With the wetsuit, we felt no cold at all and worry not if you aren't a great swimmer; the suit and fins will keep you afloat. The price may be a little steep, but it's okay to invest in memories and experiences that will last you a lifetime ;) go for it!

Really organised and friendly staff. Great value for money. Whole experience lasts about 1-1.5 hours. There was so many seals and they are so friendly. We got some amazing go-pro footage! Definitely recommend. The water is not cold at all with the wet suit provided. It's a must do when in Cape Town
