The vehicles on show changes regularly and there are at least 80 of the most pristine cars on show from a collection of almost 400! Many are the finest of their type in any collection and there is always something new to wow even the regular and non petrol head! The information on each vehicle is clear and precise and... More

Franschhoek Motor Museum is really a fascinating place to visit! Even if you are not a motorcar fanatic! Incredible collection and variety! The beauty of the venue and farm alone makes it worth your while. To make it even more delightful, throw in a wind tasting at L'Ormarins / Antonij Rupert Wines at L'Ormarins.

There's wine tasting and a restaurant at the location but we didn't have a lot of time do we had a quick Ish look around the cars. Have to say they are pretty amazing! All so immaculate and well kept! Really enjoyed the visit.

This is a very substantial and interesting car museum, especially when you consider where you are. Four large cape dutch buildings with many dozens of cars, motorcycles and other memorabilia, in perfect condition, from all eras on display. Takes about 45 minutes to see all the cars fairly quickly (not reading each placard, etc), but a car buff would easily... More

Expected more to be honest. Still some beautiful classics on show and my son and I enjoyed the morning out. When going there keep in mind it is a private collection and not an international motor show. Stunning location.

Taste a wine at the farm and enjoy the private collection of cars. As the owner is regularly changing the car models you can come back again and again and always find different cars. The car quality is spectacular. The place is definitely worth a visit.

Only had time to spend an hour here but well worth it. Fantastic range of about 80 cars covering 100 years, apparently they are driven monthly and the owner has another 200 cars that are rotated.

One thing is for sure, the Owner must live by the "only the best" motto, for this place, from the gates, garden, entrance, buildings, staff, restaurant, bathrooms.. I can spend eons with the smaller stuff, (ps, i noticed everything) It is just simply outstanding, run like a well oiled machine..... And did I mention the cars?!!! The collection... Words simply... I didn't have high expectations regardless of it's #1 spot on TripAdvisor for Franschhoek, but it very pleasantly surprised. What a collection! And it included.... ok, I won't spoil the surpises..! :-) Hint: The surprise is not the beautiful property.

I'm not a particular big fan of cars in general, driving them, filling them with petrol, maintaining them, the list goes on. But there is allot of beauty to be appreciated (and not just the Winelands backdrop) and interesting history even if you are not an obsessed petrol head. Friendly staff, great guided tour.
