J Bay Cabs Established 2005 offers a reliable 24/7 service offering a Metered Cab service in Jeffreys Bay and surrounds with a transfer service between Port Elizabeth Airport, Jeffreys Bay, St Francis Bay, Garden Route and to any destination in the Eastern and Western Cape. We operate 4 seater sedan vehicles and 6 seater people carriers.Trailers for luggage, surfboards and other sporting goods available. Child and booster seats available on request. Fully licensed and insured to carry passengers.

My car broke down and I was left stuck in Aston Bay . I called for a taxi to take me to central J Bay . The taxi arrived very quickly near my home in Aston Bay. The driver was very friendly and only charged me R66 for the journey ! I will definitely use this excellent taxi service again !

I requested a cab after having a drink, I got sent a cab driver that was being reckless, driving on all sides of the road late at night even around corners on the wrong side of the road. For someone (being a regular) paying over R100 to get home and that’s the quality received is sad. What happened if a car came around the corner the same time? Not cool

Did you report the driver as we have 8 vehicles in town and this will not be tolerated by a individual driver giving bad service.

We made a booking for 7 people at an exact time, they told me they will be slightly late, but ended up telling me to be patient as they are very busy, if they told me upfront I would have just use Uber as we do worldwide, so much for supporting local businesses with this poor attitude......

As the dispatcher would have/should have told you upfront we don't do bookings in peak season as we are very busy and we would help you as soon as we can, this is a small town with a huge influx in peak season and we are doing our utmost best to help everyone get out at night and back home again. You where in another town St Francis Bay 30 min drive from our base Jeffreys Bay and we where still prepared to accommodate you even though we where really busy at the time and just needed some patience to help everyone. We apologize for that and will make sure the new dispatcher keeps better track of timing in peak season.

After visiting the Jolly Dolphin we took a JBay Cab to our B&B. Great service from making the booking and no problems with the ride. Highly recommended

We spent a month in Jefferies Bay and J Bay Cabs made it so much more enjoyable than hiring a car. Whether we were just doing short trips around JBay or day trips to reserves, animal parks, scenic tours or markets with hand made local crafts nothing was ever a problem . We had driver 'Knowledge' for our tours, he was always there on time, very professional and was informative about our days adventure. We highly recommend J Bay Cabs for any travelling in and around Jefferies Bay.
