Johnsons Park has something for everyone. There is a mini zoo and playground for kids . Picnic areas for families. Bike paths, tennis courts, and a pond to feed the ducks. Johnson's Park is still FREE. Anyplace else you have to pay for these attractions....More

We have visited this park a few times during nice weather. Our 4 year old loves to see all of the animals. The park is large with lots of fun things to do with kids. The animals are well maintained, and the people are friendly.

I would not unless you have degree in large-animal veterinary science. Animals are evolved to eat certain foods and not others. For example, if you feed hay to deer, they will not get adequate nutrition because they do not... More

No paved paths along the water, but there is a towpath on the opposite side of the river that goes on for miles, it's not paved but it's bicycle ready.
