Unfortunately, the trails are in horrible shape because they do not have a high-quality group of volunteers maintaining the trails.

So much to do. The hiking trails go for miles. Fishing is fun. Would love to kayak in Suprise Lake. So peaceful. Trailside Museum is a great place to visit.

I take my dogs here every day at lunch for their walk. Excellent variety of trails of all levels and very good parking.

Quite simply in our nations most densely populated state you can get outside an enjoy nature Garden State style. Fishing, hiking, and observing wildlife are just some of the green activities you can do, Enjoy!

We have been visiting this place for decades and its still a favorite place to get away from hectic everyday activities. Take the kids on a hike and walk in the woods,you can horseback ride and fish in the streams too, nature is calling you.

Yes, dogs are allowed into the reservation though I am not sure that is the case on the bridal paths. There is a Trailside Science and Nature Center with a website - however Trip Advisor won't allow me to include that site... More
