It's an intimate cathedral, so don't expect much. I found the parishioners standoffish. I went across the street to the Episcopal church and was much more warmly welcomed.

St.. Joseph Cathedral is a magnificently beautiful churches. The seat of the Diocese of Manchester, NH where our Bishop presides. Recently undergone an exterior renovation which enhanced its statue. If you are in Manchester even if of another Faith the Cathedral is worth a viasit.

Beautiful church, wonderful community. I raised my children in this parish, and I go back from time to time, although I live about 30 miles away.

So very beautiful! Stopped in just for a quick looked. The gentleman who was in there turned on the lights so we could get pictures! The side street had a pay meter 25 cents for 30 minutes. Just long enough to see this Cathedral!
