Arrived last night and after waiting well over 30 minutes in line to check in with a Curt and short welcome we were happy to get to our room and freshen up to finally enjoy A special mother daughter trip.
What we found was a nightmare
Stains on the sheets
Hair in the bed
Stains on all the counter tops
Leftover drug powder/scrapes
Stains and spills on the side of the beds and carpet
Broken mirror light
And no heat.
When we called to complain we got
Sent to different departments
Then the House keeper
Manager came
At least she was professional, kind and
Offered to have the room cleaned
While we waited in the lobby
We tried to find a place to eat(the buffet was closed) or get info on shuttles at the Conceriage desk but after waiting almost 20 minutes no one came to help. Feeling now tired of all the waiting we went back to the room.
This was our only Saturday night
In Vegas to celebrate our upcoming birthdays and what should have been a fun and relaxing night
Turned into to us retuning to a
Cold room that had no heat. We could not sleep thinking about the State of the room and how cold it was.
When I spoke to the Hotel manager in the morning to explain the state of the room
She offered nothing more than an
Unfriendly face and to send the
Service man up to fix the heat
And took off last night's
Room tax fee. The service repair man was great and did fix the heat.
However
To me this Hotel is unacceptable
I try to make the best of things and give people a chance to
Make things right
But this has been one of my worst
Experiences at a hotel
And I would have expected
Much more from a nice hotel
Like Harrah's.

Some may find it as a blessing but others will find it a curse. You may smoke all the cigarettes your lungs will hold and use vaping devices but don't think about lighting up a handmade Fuentes Opus X that you just purchased for $30 at the forum shops. Cigars are Taboo at Harrahs while gaming. Not sure about rooms was staying at Caesars but the rest of the gamin areas is a little more rough than i would have liked to seen. High end restaurant is Ruth's Chris which is a solid meal for when you are back home but should not be considered high end steak at all by Vegas standards.

Not what we were expecting. The pricing did not end up what we expected. The room was nice. However didn't feel comfortable that the see through glass shower was poorly hid by a sliding bathroom door which didnt close properly. So even if you latched main entrance lock if someone slightly opened you could see in. And water went everywhere while showering, I'm surprised this was a choice in design. Shampoo n conditioner dispenser, I wanted to like it but I'm not sure what level of quality it was. The low ceilings in casino made the smoke intolerable. We left and gambled at the newer resorts as I would get dizzy. $12 drinks and they seemed weak for a light weight. The free drink voucher for signing up was for particular bars and expired b4 a reasonable time. Front desk friendliness was hit or completely miss, it was like you were a nuisance to them. My room was not ready for 3 hours past expected time, we were exhausted. Wifi did not stay connected...

Buffet was worth the cost. Lots to choose from, same basicly each day but check it out. No fridge is ridiculous. We spent more time across the street at the Mirage.

The place needs a redo , very old and dirty. The patrons it attracks are a bunch of drunks and cigarette smokers consequently the place is loud and stinky. The slot machines do not pay and it is hard to gamble beside a stinky smoking person!!

This review is for the casino floor itself, not the rooms/food options. The casino floor is large, but not so big that one would have a hard time navigating. There is a large selection of slots and table games, with table minimums being $15+. The crowd is diverse. Actually stayed at the resort so attempted to play the slots for about three days, mostly in the morning with some evening play. The slots did not produce, didn't break even at all, lost every single time, but that's the risk I guess.

Drink service is poor. Either no servers in sight, or they would take my order and never bring the drink, even though they continually passed by. Played video poker on my last day, even sitting at the bar with minimal customers it was difficult to get a drink, even when my little green light was on. As such, will not return nor recommend this as a gambling destination to others.

the pit bosses cannot care less about rating the players properly... they are empty, and they should be able to do their job right, check player's average hands, winnings, and losses, but no! they are paying attention to 100 other useless things... and their attitude is like "I am the boss, and nobody can touch me"

This review is for the Donny Show.
I did not stay on the property. Walking through the Casino it appears it is undergoing a remodel.

This young guy 😂 at age 63 puts on one hell of a great show. He gave it his all. From the vocals to the dance moves. You can tell that after 60 years in show business he still loves what he does. If you’re in Vegas catch him at Harrah’s he’s worth it and more. Not a bad seat in the house.
Tip:Every seat is a good seat.

We book a 4 night stay 8/2/20 til 8/6/20 and we checked in on 8/2/20 and everything was ok, go to go do some walking around on Monday and come back and our room keys did not work.. so we went down and they told us that we were on booked for one night. They tried to make us pay again. I don't think so!!!! Then we were charged to resort fees even thought we did not want to use the pool or anything.... We are very happy and we would like like something done about this........

Gambling was OK. Did not stay as room was not available to Gold status members, only those with higher statuses. Day after Superbowl, multiple sections closed off for remodeling purposes so we left. Stayed twice in 2019 and would have given 5 stars both times.

I never complain but they had the rudest employees I have ever ran into. I am not a drinker and was not one of those people. I could not believe it and was blown away. I was gambling for hours finally hit a decent hand and the dealer said don't forget about me. I said you know I won't and gave her $10 and she said three times it should have been more. She had no idea if i was winning or losing my ass but yet she wanted insult me.
