    Good drinks while gambling
Great midday drink service if you want to gamble (get free drinks) during nap time. $5 first tip and $3 each drinks get you a server every 15-20 minutes If you know nothing about gambling, a slot machine will say min xx credits or $XX. That is the minimum bet on the machine, even if it is a penny slot. Some machines allow you to switch games, often the game that is not the default one has lower limits. Then there are the number of lines you are playing, this is how you win. Some machines allow you to change this. Some of the older machines we have a low amount you can win, like $10 on a $0.01 line without a jackpot. These machines are more fun since they do a lot more small payouts and aren’t saving money for the big one. Find one of these machines that costs less than $0.25 minimum (play at least 9 lines, preferably just 9 lines since going up doesn’t dramatically increase your payout number of spins on 3 rows, it does increase your winnings when wilds hit, but I prefer frequent small wins for low cost),and after an hour you will have had 3-4 decent cocktails and likely within $5 of what you started with. I played mid casino acrossish from the red neon lips in a shop. Best part is the machines I liked were in a row so you can socialize. This doesn’t get you rich, but gets you drinks and is fun. Then you can always go and play the table games.

    Slots and drinks
The casino is beautiful. Huge variety of slots, not sure how many, but a huge selection of big video slots. I liked lobster Louis. The chandelier bar is beautiful. Best cosmopolitan I have ever had. I haven’t stayed there but want to . Highly recommend for drinks and playing slots

    Lavish Casino Providing Vegas Glitz
Lavish casino with lively atmosphere inside. The three-story Chandelier Lounge is a signature feature of the casino. Provides the glitz and glamour that Vegas is known for. Very busy even in the early afternoon. This hotel has been an excellent addition to the Las Vegas Strip, and it has been considered the top hotel in the city and was even once named the best hotel in North America.

    Balconies are amazing
Worth it for a balcony room as we were too tired to go out on an evening. Such a shame though that everyone seems to smoke weed on their balconies which stinks. Meant we had to go in when our neighbours were out and keep the door shut to avoid our room stinking of it. It’s prohibited but it’s not policed anywhere. Grim and for the price we paid it was disappointing. Casino is always very very busy.

    The Cosmopolitan on the Strip
We were in Vegas this past weekend and visited The Cosmopolitan. What an absolutely beautiful hotel! The appointment of all the details in design were aesthetically pleasing and luxurious. I loved all of the draping crystals! The staff that we interacted with were all very kind and respectful; however, one gentleman stood out in particular--Melvin. We met Melvin when we needed assistance and he was incredibly helpful! Some of our group were a little inebriated, but that didn't phase Melvin at all--he was always very gracious and professional. He had the patience and kindness of a saint! Melvin really added to the enjoyment of our evening and we really appreciated him going the extra mile for us!

Pleasant enough but noisy! The real drawback, not only for here but all of Las Vegas, was the constant smell and smog of tobacco smoke. If the casinos want to allow their punters to smoke it should be behind closed doors with a warning sign. I do not like to be a passive smoker. Did complain but no joy with the outcome...

The worst they have security in blue jackets and if your not spending your money they ask you to leave. I stayed there expensive the smallest things an tizzy bitsy sandwich for 15 dollars actually was half of one. The Casino does not look so modern too many slot machines . We say Billy Idol at the Chelsea waste of time the man could not sing. His voice was off . There was so many bars for a little venue. Hey not everyone wants a million drinks really Corporate greed at its best. Bartenders not measuring drinks and they came out awful. We also noticed the killers are playing for New Year Eve . Interesting fact Chelsea is charging 500 and a venue in Columbus Ohio 58 dollars. What a discrepancy. Oh talk about cold its freezing oh and if you want a candy bar get ready to pay the price for a dozen candy bars but you well only get one. The thing I hated at the Billy Idol concert was how they huddled us to leave minutes it was over not even letting me go to the bathroom. They were fine to take my money but to let me go to the bathroom not even kind about it they treated me as if I was trespassing. Guess they knew they could not make any more money off of us its truly sad that corporate greed runs rampant here. Oh drink prices is 20 plus a mini water smaller than a pint is 6 dollars . Oh bring a blanket its that cold a jacket was not enough

I’ve been staying at the Cosmo for many years since 2015 to be exact. I have poured tens of thousands in the machines and finally early this year during Covid was approached by a host named TONYA - she lures you in and her generosity is not consistent and she comes up with tons of excuses when it comes down to paying her customers back with comps.

This previous trip I was extremely Lucky and hit many jackpots I wound up putting all of it back in the machines as I usually do because I play almost the entire time I’m there. I’m sure she would like to have taken her percentage but when it came time to pay me back with comps she came up with some excuses that I was too intoxicated during dinner but what happened was the service took 2 1/2 hours and they pounded me with drinks and by that time I didn’t even know how to redeem my comps and the ignorant people at the front desk of Zuma didn’t help at all! They just started telling me I don’t have any comps so I got heated.

When I called my supposed host Tonya she did not answer and she accused me of being belligerent when really I was just mismanaged by Zuma’s horrible management! When I left Zuma I was supposed to have the meal comped and she reneged and the girls at the front desk had no clue how to check me out by comping it to the room when another host had made the reservation for me in the first place for dinner.

I am at Cosmo once or twice a month so on average they do make good money off me. So, my greedy host Tonya seems to think that I am a child the way she demeans me. It’s really unprofessional how stressed out she could make me on a vacation!

The last two days at Cosmo were upsetting because of the promised comps at Zuma! I really don’t care about my relationship with her anymore she obviously doesn’t care about her relationship with me but Tonya screwed me pretty good when she could’ve been more sincere and not revoke the big comps that the other hosts guaranteed me!

Tonya has a way of talking down to me and making me feel unappreciated! I have no choice but to say yes ma’am yes ma’am yes ma’am to her when she’s wrong. I would never tolerate that kind of crap from anyone but because I’m in “her hotel” I have to kiss her butt. If Tonya ever approaches you just beware if your play drops down a little bit she ignores you and if you act like most people act in Vegas she also SCOLDS you very easily and quickly I just think it’s disgusting! Other Cosmo guests would be completely disappointed and probably never want to go back to the Cosmo if they were treated the way I feel I was treated.

So, In my final summary opinion The Cosmo Host Tonya is very disingenuous and unprofessional sneaky devil and if you want to deal with a two-faced person there that acts like she’s helping you out but she really could give a crap less about helping you and just screwing you out of your well earned comps than you have found the right person!

5 star hotel my ass. I booked a room months ahead, requested either a strip or fountain view room in a high floor. None of the requests were made except the view from the strip from a very low floor. It was my husband’s birthday and I mentioned and they said they would send complimentary chocolates... nothing... idc about the freaking chocolates but I can see that they so not give a crap about their customers and they only book and assign your room according to their need. Customer doesn’t come first here. Save your money or book a room at the Caesar or Bellagio. Parking sucks, its small. If you have a truck, you’ll have a hard time parking here or for sure your car will get hit! Save the hassle!!

The Cosmopolitan Hotel And Casino is an upscale resort located in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. When we arrived from the airport we were instantly impressed by the underground entrance with its sleek luxury and accessibility to the lobby of the hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and modern with helpful staff and safe check in procedure during a continuing pandemic. Our rooms were located on the forty seventh floor with a beautiful view of the strip. We did not have a balcony, if we come back we will spring extra for the balcony room. Our only complaint was that the room didn’t have a microwave, but we were told the remodeled rooms were not being furnished with microwaves. The casino and lounges were all top notch. There are great restaurants located on the second floor for more casual fare. Upscale diners will enjoy The Henry, STK, or Blue Ribbon located in various places throughout the resort. There are two pools, with great views of the strip. The pool staff is very attentive and our waitress was great. The fitness center is more than adequate for a hotel with free weights, cable machines, cardio equipment and water provided. A waiver must be signed each visit. My two complaints are no concierge and the maid service. To start there is no actual human concierge. While checking in I received a text from the virtual concierge. Trying to get questions answered is cumbersome. The program being used to answer questions just isn’t comprehensive enough to accommodate the needs of every issue or request that might arrive. I kept getting responses that made no sense. I tried to rent a car for the day, and I was directed to an on site Hertz that I couldn’t find, and they wouldn’t answer their phone. The maid service was also lackluster. My daughters called for clean towels and it took more than hour for the towels to be brought to the room. There were potato chips on the floor of the hallway and they were never vacuumed or cleaned up after more than three days. This is unacceptable for a hotel that is considered to be one of the best in the world. We also didn’t get any maid service one day. There was no privacy placard on our door. For me the experience is in the details and The Cosmopolitan is big on glitz, but needs to address the little things that make an experience unforgettably fantastic.

Paid for a terrace suite w/ 2 queens. But they tried to put me in a standard room and then had to "Get manager approval" to give me what was written right on my confirmation sheet. The rate was $750/nt, so it can't have been an accident.
Then they say they only have a suite with a king--and bring a roll away for my friend.
Then they charge $11.50 to bring you a tea pot.
I am so disappointed. This place is way over-rated.

The bad press must have got to the "Wuhan" of the Strip. The Security and management were extremely rude in their dealings with people and masks. The staff was downright rude when a person was still bringing a drink down from their mouth and the staff was complaining to put your mask back on. The next day, I saw a huge fight with unsavory people on the casino floor. maybe they need to worry about their clientele and not people taking a sip of a drink. I would not go back until they get their act together both in clientele and rudeness of staff.

The hotel order on trip advisor imo is completely wrong if you’re rating the nicest if would be Wynn cosmo bellagio aria then prolly (Venetian I can’t speak for) for high luxury casinos if your looking for value that’s a separate story I wouldn’t put Ceasers on their because it’s too many touristy people that aren’t staying their & for basic rooms they’re dated other then Augustus tower. Fountain blue Resort 🌎 & hard rock with the Wynn/encore venitian all on the north end of the strip will make it the best part when everything is finished so either stay their or city center a great value hotel is park mgm no vip room but located next to aria in city center w restaurants Toshiba ctr t mobile arena etc. I go to Vegas 4/6 times a year so glad cosmo is under mlife mgmt.

Stayed in April 2021 were treated very well, although there was a line at check in it moved fast. Our room was an upgrade called a Terrace One Bedroom. Had a living room with a nice comfortable sectional and a wet bar that included a refrigerator, a dressing area, bathroom with a large walk in shower and a tub with a view of the strip. The bedroom had only a king size bed that could be closed off from the rest of the room. The sleeping area flowed on to the balcony with an outdoor loverseat and a sitting chair, very nice view of the strip. We paid a very reasonable rate for this room in Boulevard tower. Used the Boulevard tower pool, very shallow in most parts, 4 feet deep maxium, very warm later, nice relaxed vibe. No charge parking under the tower, valet and bell check service available, which we did use at check in. Every staff member we encountered were top notch, always made us feel like special guests. We are an older couple and the majority of the guests appeared to be younger, but for the most part very respectable. Have visited Vegas over 90 times, more now, because of the excellent service, top notch facilites, very nice casino, this wll be our new home base in Vegas!

Been staying at Cosmo for many yrs, but last 2 trips I’ve been so disappointed. Ripped blankets, dirty furniture, no tissues in box, no slippers, broken sink, missing glasses, broken light bulbs, dirty rug.. etc Tonight was the last straw. While playing slots in casino, someone knocked into me & his partner grabbed my players card & tkt for $265. When I realized what happened I told identity desk, host on duty & security. Staff was extremely dismissive. They said they could see which machine my tkt was used at, but they wouldn’t do anything further other than advise me to change my pin. Wont stay or play here again:(
