Ever since 2012, I go there to use the range and for my CCW. Always a great experience. I had two ladies instructors and they made it a comfortable and safe learning environment. As usual they had a lot of important information regarding the always changing gun regulations and laws. I did learn and had a wake up call about having a plan post incidents from the SCCA instructor.

At this gun store, the employees treated me exceptionally well. The management prioritized their well-being and professional growth, which reflected in their high morale and dedication. This, in turn, translated into excellent customer service. Their professionalism and commitment to providing top-notch service significantly enhanced the overall customer experience. The two employees who helped me were Dylan and Dillon.

Went for Concealed Firearm Permit Renewal Course. It was my first time in the store, but it will not be my last. Class was great, staff was great, you need to stop in. Prices are good, and staff made you feel like an old friend.

Had the absolute best experience (the gun store package) with Ketzu. He was knowledgeable, reassuring and had a wicked sense of humour. We would go back to vegas purely for the experience and service we had at the gun store. We are hooked!

Every time we come to Las Vegas this is the one activity we make sure to do. All the staff are so lovely and we always have a blast. We ended up picking out more guns then we had originally picked a land even went for the 50 cal. Definitely a must

Jose looked after us & explained everything to us so we felt safe. Ketzu brought the fun to the experience & extra knowledge. As a family from the UK this is the only time we will be able to shoot guns. We all had a fantastic time.

I was at the Gun Store to take my CCW renewal class. This was the third time taking the class here. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Tony gave a great informative class as usual. Tony did make the comment he may be retiring so I may not see him in five years when my permit expires. Tony, thanks for all the years you gave to serve and protect.

This was my second CCW renewal here as well as my initial CCW class. While I have not had the luxury of repeat instructors, each class has been engaging, entertaining, and educational. It's hard to beat the cost. I will definitely be back for my next renewal. Highly recommend.

Have visited Vegas numerous times and have always found this range very well run. This time it was for my sons 21st (he first shot here 13 years before) and we did a package of three guns and the 50cal and several handguns. The interaction with the staff was perfect on the two occasions we visited over this weekend. Friendly informative and professional. I have visited other ranges and although they were fine (sometimes a little rushed) the staff here have always shone through. I recommend adding other guns and xtra rounds when your there as it works out a lot cheaper. The initial packages you purchase has to factor in a little xtra to cover your complementary shuttle service. And the xtra guns or rounds are very cheap. Keep up the good work. Ps don’t turn up under the influence of drugs or drink as quite rightly they will refuse you service.

Staff were amazing, really helpful organising our trip for 13 people via email beforehand. Free shuttle service from our hotel and the driver so was so lovely. We arrived at the gun store where all the staff were so nice and welcoming we told them we were there for our wedding with our friends and they gave myself (bride) and my fiancée (groom) our packages for free! The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely be coming back next time we visit Vegas. Thanks so much guys
