While in Vegas I recommend going downtown but there are a few things you should know. The Pro’s The Fremont Street Experience is awesome. There is a different show every hour on the hour and lasts approximately 5 minutes. The sound is incredible and the...More

Hard to think that only in New Orleans and Fremont can you walk around with open containers. But there were characters holding various signs begging but they actually were selling weed. No one blinked. Light show above and watching those brave enough to soar on...More

Great place for people-watching. Entertaining, but also loud and somewhat obnoxious. I liked seeing the street performers, especially the dancer I saw, whose loose joints defied all logic. Incredible!

The fun part about Fremont St is all the eye candy. There are so many different "acts" going on you are bound to find something that entertains you. Just remember, if you take a pic pay up! These people aren't out here for fun! There...More

It doesn’t matter what night of the week it is there’s always a party at Fremont street. So fun, we loved it and left rather tipsy!

Took the monorail as far as possible from the strip, with the idea of walking here to Freemont Street...don't do it! It is VERY far! Unless you want an hour's walk past an abundant mix of wedding chapels, bus stops, motels, and questionable locales. But,...More

This is always a great place to people watch. I doesn't matter what day of the week it is. We also seem to do better at the Fremont Street casino's also.

There is no free parking around the Fremont. Going further away may not be good to walk at night. I recommend to pay the $10 and park in Golden Nugget parking structure.

The daytime would be better for a family. At night some people are barely covered.
