A trip to the exhibition In the Family of Carbons gripped a group of secondary school children and fascinated me. It’s a great space to visit and the staff who work there are wonderful and passionate about the work and what they do.

Went here to go and view a collective piece from the children's school, the gallery is above the library with a collection of art work

This is an ideal space for music, art, and large meetings, they have temporary seating and tables, there is a sound system and a projector and screen etc.

Since Trust in Leigh took over running the turnpike gallery it has been amazing , Creative Leigh have brought class artists to Leigh should have happened years ago

Yes, there's a paying car park right next to the Turnpike. Free after 6.
